eQMS Coordinator is a role in our Corporate IT team.
- Must be available to work 4 days/week in office (Monday - Thursday) with the option to work from home Friday.
You have a diploma in Administration and 3-5 years experience in an office setting, preferably a manufacturing environment. You have system knowledge of MasterControl or a similar eQMS and training in system management and maintenance. You have a strong understanding of document control, quality processes and compliance in a heavily regulated environment and advanced experience using database applications for complex document management. You have a strong attention to detail and intermediate to advanced experience in a Windows environment, MS Word and MS Excel. Working knowledge of the requirements of an ISO quality program is an asset.
As part of the Corporate IT team, you will propel optimization of the Trudell Medical Group 's (TMG) electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) to advance its use, gain efficiency and optimize quality processes and compliance across the company.
Specifically, You Will Focus On
System Configuration and Procedures
- Work closely with the System Administrator as required to advance the use of the system while developing and improving processes for TMG’s use of QMS
- Ensure maintenance of TMG’s configuration of the QMS application
- Assist in system validation and re-validation protocols as required
- Apply QMS knowledge to ensure process and system compliance
- Create TMG’s Quality System documents as required to support all TMG QMS processes
- Help to maintain consistent configuration and best practice across all Op Cos
- Ensure continued consistency across the entire eco-system as changes are implemented at individual sites
- Maintain a learning mindset to continuously gain expertise and knowledge in the eQMS system
- Learn and investigate new eQMS modules and products to target efficiency gains and improve support across all OpCos
- Assist Op Co SubAdmins as required, to maximize their ability to serve the users (customers)
- Use knowledge and experience to educate and assist Op Cos by working with Sub Admins, Process Owners and additional IT personnel as required
- Maximize system dashboard capabilities to bring custom dashboards as required to the OpCos
- Ensure all training and document efforts are realized by liaising with Sub Admins and Departmental Leads
- Maximize use of QMS by investigating, recommending, and implementing new modules across the eco-system
- Gain process efficiencies by adjusting the use of existing modules at the various OpCos as required
- Apply up to date knowledge on system capabilities
- Guide and support Op Cos where required as they investigate and implement additional capabilities in QMS
- Guide OpCos with customization, e.g. e-Forms and AQEM to support new or improved process implementations
- Resolve system issues by investigating and troubleshooting directly, or engaging eQMS’ support team as required
- Provide professional and timely support on new and escalated tickets as required
- Maintain effective relationship with all MasterControl team members
