Patient Transfer Operations Supervisor

Description

Voyago is hiring a Patient Transfer Operations Supervisor for our London region!

Your Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
  • Completes bi-weekly attendant schedule
  • Ensures vehicle availability
  • Completes payroll
  • Completes new hire orientation training
  • Conducts driving assessments and field audits
  • Maintains afternoon dispatch board to ensure proper resources are available
  • Administers progressive discipline in coordination with Operations and General Manager
  • Ensures base cleanliness by establishing base cleaning schedule
  • Completes at least 4 monthly driver ghosting’s as required
  • Ensures proper inventory levels are maintained
  • Reviews monthly deficiency report and schedules and conducts required training
  • Ensures all attendants follow proper procedures as outline in the VMT Policies and Procedures Manual and Global Policies and Procedures Manual
  • Maintains truck maintenance schedule
  • Prepares vehicles; ensures deep cleans are completed
  • Completes monthly truck audits as required
  • Completes at least one audit per independent contractor truck per month
  • Ensures all vehicles are scheduled for maintenance in accordance with the Fleet PM reports
  • Ensures all vehicles are properly licensed, meet current regulations and have required documents on board
  • Completes reports per assessment (i.e. uniform allowances, fuel reconciliation) or as directed
  • Controls the use of fuel cards
  • Acts as an ambassador of VTS on and off company property
  • Helps increase VTS’s visibility within the community by participating in company sponsored events
  • Is willing to participate in education upgrading as required
  • Afternoon Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 - 20:00

Requirements

Your Profile

  • You are safety focused
  • You have a College Diploma or Equivalent
  • You have 1+ years experience in a similar role
  • You have a valid “G” Class Driving License
  • You have the ability to work independently
  • You possess solid communication skills
  • You have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications
  • You have excellent, strong proven customer service experience
  • You can obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
