Patient Transfer Operations Supervisor
Description
Voyago is hiring a Patient Transfer Operations Supervisor for our London region!
Your Role:
- Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
- Completes bi-weekly attendant schedule
- Ensures vehicle availability
- Completes payroll
- Completes new hire orientation training
- Conducts driving assessments and field audits
- Maintains afternoon dispatch board to ensure proper resources are available
- Administers progressive discipline in coordination with Operations and General Manager
- Ensures base cleanliness by establishing base cleaning schedule
- Completes at least 4 monthly driver ghosting’s as required
- Ensures proper inventory levels are maintained
- Reviews monthly deficiency report and schedules and conducts required training
- Ensures all attendants follow proper procedures as outline in the VMT Policies and Procedures Manual and Global Policies and Procedures Manual
- Maintains truck maintenance schedule
- Prepares vehicles; ensures deep cleans are completed
- Completes monthly truck audits as required
- Completes at least one audit per independent contractor truck per month
- Ensures all vehicles are scheduled for maintenance in accordance with the Fleet PM reports
- Ensures all vehicles are properly licensed, meet current regulations and have required documents on board
- Completes reports per assessment (i.e. uniform allowances, fuel reconciliation) or as directed
- Controls the use of fuel cards
- Acts as an ambassador of VTS on and off company property
- Helps increase VTS’s visibility within the community by participating in company sponsored events
- Is willing to participate in education upgrading as required
- Afternoon Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 - 20:00
Requirements
Your Profile
- You are safety focused
- You have a College Diploma or Equivalent
- You have 1+ years experience in a similar role
- You have a valid “G” Class Driving License
- You have the ability to work independently
- You possess solid communication skills
- You have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications
- You have excellent, strong proven customer service experience
- You can obtain a clean criminal record search and/or vulnerable sector screening
