Note: These are part-time Faculty positions (up to 6 hours per week) starting January 7, 2026 and ending April 17, 2026.
Note: These positions are located at 1001 Fanshawe College Blvd, London, ON N5Y 5R6.
Fanshawe College is seeking interested and qualified professionals to teach part-time in the Massage Therapy (MSG) Program in the School of Health Sciences.
Duties: Reporting to the Associate Dean, School of Health Sciences, part-time Professors are responsible for teaching courses within the MSG program and developing an effective learning environment for students.
General Qualifications
- Combination of excellent leadership and teaching skills with a strong commitment to academic excellence and student success
- Excellent communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners
- Strong technical/computer skills and familiarity with educational technologies are required
- Experience in formal teaching positions (i.e. Clinical instructors, teaching assistants, classroom leadership, etc.) an asset
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Related industry work experience, previous college teaching experience and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets
Specific Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
- Minimum 5 years of recent RMT practical work experience
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
