Reports to: VP Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Analyst is a critical enterprise analytics role responsible for providing data-driven insights, KPI reporting, and decision support across the end-to-end supply chain. Reporting to the VP Supply Chain, this role supports Procurement, Scheduling, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Fulfillment, and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process - including demand/supply analysis, scenario modeling, performance tracking, and executive-level reporting. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Power BI, ERP/MRP systems, and advanced analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to Supply Chain leadership and functional teams across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, constraints, and opportunities to improve cost, service, inventory, and productivity.
  • Support the S&OP reporting cycle through data preparation, analysis, and scenario comparisons.
  • Develop demand, supply, and inventory PowerBI reports to support S&OP decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and KPI reports to support supply chain performance management.
  • Own the definition, calculation logic, and governance of supply chain metrics (e.g., OTIF, service level, inventory turns, WOI, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, logistics cost, productivity).
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, intuitive, and aligned with leadership and operational needs.
  • Leverage ERP/MRP systems as primary data sources and partner with IT and functional teams to ensure data integrity, automation, scalability, and effective system usage.
  • Contribute to standardized reporting, analytics best practices, and a data-driven decision-making culture within Supply Chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or business intelligence within manufacturing, CPG, or distribution environments.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX and report development.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., D365, SAP) and large operational datasets.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.
  • Experience supporting a formal S&OP / IBP process and operating in fast-moving, seasonal, or demand-volatile environments.
