Salary Range: $38.80 - $39.19 /hour

It is understood that the hours of work reflect the current scheduling arrangements and are subject to change as determined by the Employer.

Essential Qualifications

• Current Registered Practical Nurse certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Proficiency and experience in pharmacology and medication administration
• Valid CPR certificate
• Successful completion of a nursing competency test
• Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• Demonstrated knowledge of andrology (mens sexual health)
• Ability to apply and teach applicable methods in a variety of sensitive issues including incontinence and erectile dysfunction
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload
• A commitment to professional development
• Demonstrated excellence in patient teaching
• Demonstrated competence in assessment, evaluation and care planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to work to full scope of practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French would be an asset.
• Urology clinic experieince or one year recent experience in urology care

Immunization Requirements

• Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella, varicella (chicken pox), Hepatitis B, COVID-19 and influenza.
