About the Role

We are seeking Registered Social Workers (MSW, RSW) and Registered Psychotherapists (RP) in London, Ontario and surrounding area to join our clinical team.

This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who have a strong passion for addiction care, are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment, and want to help shape the evolution of recovery services in Ontario.

As a Clinical Therapist with EPIC Recovery, you will provide individual counselling to clients navigating addiction and recovery, as well as support and education for family members affected by a loved one’s substance use. You will also bring the capacity to facilitate groups and workshops, contributing to community education and the delivery of evidence-informed recovery programming.

You’ll work within a compassionate, team-oriented environment that values innovation, integrity, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma-informed, person-centred counselling to individuals and/or families.

  • Support family members in understanding addiction, setting boundaries, and navigating recovery alongside loved ones.

  • Facilitate or co-facilitate groups, workshops, and psychoeducational sessions.

  • Participate in ongoing education, peer consultation, and team collaboration.

  • Contribute to the development of holistic, evidence-informed approaches to addiction care.

  • Embody EPIC’s values of compassion, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation in all professional interactions.

Qualifications

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) with RSW registration in good standing with the OCSWSSW, or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the CRPO.

  • Minimum two years of counselling experience, ideally in addiction, trauma, or concurrent disorders.

  • A clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is a mandatory condition of role.

  • Demonstrated interest and commitment to addiction-focused work and continuous learning.

  • Experience facilitating therapeutic or educational groups is strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of holistic recovery principles and family systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to care.

Why Join EPIC Recovery

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization transforming addiction care in Ontario.

  • Join a team that values lived experience, professional excellence, and ongoing education.

  • Work within a collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented environment.

  • Contribute to meaningful change that impacts individuals, families, and communities.
